SUNNY GANDIA
Our two rental properties are located in Gandia with its 88 000 citizens on beautiful Costa Blanca. The region offers a hot and sunny climate with tons of opportunities to explore, relax, and enjoy. With mountains and trails for climbing, hiking and biking; wonderful almond blossoms in spring, and fruit trees and wineyards the rest of the year; plenty of beaches, shopping and clubs. There is never a dull moment.
The Montesol property is located outside of the city center and offers a relaxing and quiet vacation. Plenty of fruit trees on the property, as well as a heated pool (april-november) to enjoy at any point throughout the day.
The Marenys property is situated within walking distance to the city center and the beach. While this property has less greenery there are still cozy areas in the yeard for relaxation and dining both, and a wonderful heated pool (april-november).
THINGS TO DO
Gandia is famous for its long, sandy beaches rewarded with the blue flag. The beautiful green mountains also inspire people to visit Gandia for its many trails for mountain-bikes, hiking and climbing. You can try golf, horseback-riding, dancing, shopping, bowling and visit vineyards and spa close by.
MONTESOL
The villa in Montesol consists of two apartments, which you can rent separatly or the whole house. Here you have direct access to hiking-trails, mountainbike-trails and mountain-climbing. With only 15 minutes drive to Gandia city and beach, you can get all the best at the same time!
MARENYS
Only 250 meters from the long, sandy beach, you can find this villa with two apartments. You can rent each flat separatly or the whole house as one. With a private backyard, you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing all day long! Or take a short walk to the lovely beach to feel the sand between your toes!
