Our "Tu y Yo" (you & me) house in sunny Montesol is a two story villa with a lot of charm. The two stories are their own seperate apartments, fully functioning with a kitchen and bath each. The villa can be rented as a full house or individual apartments to fit your needs. As a guest at our Montesol house you can utilize the big yard and the many lounging spaces; both poolside or for dining.
If you want to explore the spanish country-side this is the perfect villa for you! In the charming urbanization Montesol, you have direct access to hiking-tracks, mountain climbing and tracks for montain-bikes. In Gandia there are many roads and tracks suitable for biking and in many places the bicycles has priority and right-of-way before cars in traffic. Here you live in the beautiful nature among mountains, fruit trees, and lush, colorful sunsets. It is only 10 minutes drive from the sandy beach and Gandia town.
